Issues Facing the Company

The main issues, which the Company is facing, are rebuilding the Construction Product Business of Kuriyama in Japan, and increasing sales growth of our businesses in China by establishing sound and effective logistics system. We will put all our efforts toward the implementation of the following measures and strategies in order to increase profitability and enhance financial strength.
