Q What do I need to provide when I change my official seal?
A You will need to submit a "Notification of Changes". The "Notification of Changes" will need to be accompanied by your old seal. If you have lost your old seal or are otherwise unable to provide it, you will need to obtain and send a certificate of seal impression (original copy) within six months of its issuance. Q I want to change the method by which I receive dividends.
A You can choose to either receive a "Notice of Postal Transfer Payment," which will allow you to obtain your dividends from the post office, or you can choose to have your dividends transferred into a postal savings account or bank account.
