Shareholder Benefits

The following shareholder benefits are utilized as a means of showing appreciation to our shareholders, as well as of enhancing the appeal of holding Kuriyama shares so that more people will be motivated to become medium-to-long-term shareholders.

About Shareholder Benefits

Shareholders receive QUO Cards in proportion to the amount of shares they hold.

Number of Shares Held Benefits
200 or more, but less than 2,000 Kuriyama-original MONTURA QUO Card worth 1,000 yen
2,000 or more Kuriyama-original MONTURA QUO Card worth 3,000 yen

Timing of Benefits Disbursement

Scheduled to be sent out once a year in later March.

Eligible Shareholders

All shareholders who are listed in the shareholder registry as holding at least 200 shares (share units) as of December 31st, 2020 are eligible for shareholder benefits.

At Kuriyama Holdings Corporation, we understand that dividends are one of the most important factors in cultivating long-term, stable shareholders; hence, our basic policy is to ensure the regular redistribution of profits to shareholders, with the amount of these dividends being determined based on business performance and earnings retention considerations.
We will continue to focus our efforts on achieving greater business results, from which we can deliver greater dividends to shareholders.
