Regarding Abolition of Shareholder Special Benefit Plan

After careful consideration from the viewpoint of how to fairly return profits to our shareholders, we have decided that it is more appropriate to enhance the direct return of profits through dividends in the future, while taking into consideration such factors as performance trends, financial conditions and the need for sufficient internal reserves for business development.

The Company has decided to discontinue the shareholder special benefit (presentation of QUO cards), effective upon delivery to all shareholders registered in the Company's shareholder registry as of December 31, 2022.

For details, please refer to the following press release issued in February 2023. "Notice of Abolition of Shareholder Benefit Program.pdf"

We will continue to place priority on returning profits to our shareholders through stable and continuous dividends , and will work to enhance our corporate value.
