At Kuriyama Holdings Corporation, we understand that dividends are one of the most important factors in cultivating long-term, stable shareholders; hence, our basic policy is to ensure the regular payment of dividends to shareholders, with the amount of these dividends being determined based on business performance and earnings retention considerations.
In order to tangibly fulfill this basic policy, we have comprehensively considered a variety of factors, including business performance, financial status and investment plans, and are aiming for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of at least 30%. Additionally, from the standpoint of maintaining stable dividends, we are aiming for a dividend on equity (DOE) rate of 2.5%.
