Kuriyama is established under the trade name "Kuriyama Rubber Company."
1940
Kuriyama Rubber Co., Ltd. is incorporated.
1952
Paid-in capital is increased to JP¥10 million.
1957
Ohji Rubber & Chemicals Co., Ltd. is incorporated and begins manufacturing industrial-use rubber products.
1964
Paid-in capital increased to JP¥50 million.
A research and development department is established to develop new products.
1969
Company name is changed to Kuriyama Rubber Co., Ltd.
Paid-in capital increased to JP¥100 million.
1972
Kuriyama Consort Co., Ltd. is incorporated and begins hotel business.
1979
Kuriyama Kousan Corporation (now Kuriyama Pulizia Corporation) is incorporated and launches real estate and building management business.
1980
Paid-in capital increased to JP¥300 million.
1981
Paid-in capital increased to JP¥400 million.
1982
